Gift vouchers/cards policy

Please treat Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Cards as cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Cards, once activated, may only be used for purchases in Vibranto ® Shoes website. They cannot be used to purchase other products online or another Gift Vouchers. Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. The funds available can be verified on request or at the time of purchase at our online platform. No change is given and any balance that remains on the Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases in Vibranto ® Shoes website. Where the price of the goods being purchased with the Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Card exceeds the card balance, you must pay the amount exceeding the card balance by an alternative payment method.

Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Cards expire within 6 months after purchase or before the financial year, what comes first. Any balance that remains on the Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.

Once your Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Card has reached a nil balance it cannot be re-activated.

Amounts on the Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Card range from $20 minimum to $10,000 maximum.

Vibranto ® Shoes Gift Cards are not for promotional use. They may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities. They cannot be purchased using a promotional offer, i.e. using a $20 voucher as part payment.
