Conditions of delivery

We pride ourselves to offer exclusive, hand-made shoes and we need to ensure on-time deliveries to customers. Please note that our delivery times may vary from 6 to 8 weeks. This time is necessary for the fabrication and shipping of your product to Australia. Vibranto ® Shoes will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

Occasionally our suppliers may replace an “out of stock” material with a similar material kind and quality. Should this happen we will contact you to advice about the change. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Vibranto ® Shoes is able to organize an exchange. However, be aware we cannot offer refunds for simply change of mind. Please refer to the Australian Consumer Law in this regards. If your order is delayed for any reason, Vibranto ® Shoes staff will contact you directly via phone and or email to advise of the delay.

Please note: During peak sale times deliveries your shoes may take longer to arrive. After placing an order, Vibranto ® Shoes will send you two notifications:

Notification 1: You place an order and payment is accepted.

Notification 2: Your shoes leave the factory and are on your way.

Please make sure there is someone at the delivery address provided, to avoid your product going back to us. Note that items are typically delivered between 9am – 5pm. Shipping outside Australia/NZ is available depending on each country legislation and freight charges.
